We are constantly bombarded with information from the fitness industry on ways to get in shape, do this, don’t do that. It’s overwhelming and confusing. I have fallen victim to the hype and the latest buzz words. I have tried a few. They seem to work in the beginning, but are difficult to sustain and I end up spinning my wheels.
Mike takes a simpler approach, focusing on building strength and the benefits that go along with it. He has pushed me to a new level of fitness. I am stronger than ever, have increased flexibility, and look and feel better. The best part is that this is something I can do to stay in shape for the rest of my life.
